Welcome to Georgie’s Doggy Daycare. By enrolling your dog in our daycare, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These policies are in place to ensure the safety, well-being, and enjoyment of all dogs and staff members at our facility.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Georgie’s Doggy Daycare, the dog owner (“Client”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the refusal of services.
2. Vaccination and Health Requirements
All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations, including, but not limited to:
Distemper
Parvovirus
Hepatitis
Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
Rabies (if applicable by law)
Proof of vaccinations must be provided before attending daycare and updated as necessary.
Dogs must be free from contagious diseases, parasites, fleas, and ticks.
If a dog is found to have a contagious condition, they will not be allowed to return until they have received a clean bill of health from a veterinarian.
3. Neutering/Spaying Policy
All dogs over six months of age must be neutered or spayed to attend daycare.
Exceptions may be granted at the discretion of management but will be subject to behavioral assessments.
4. Behaviour and Socialisation
All dogs must be non-aggressive and social with both other dogs and humans.
Any dog displaying aggressive behaviour may be asked to leave and will not be permitted to return.
Georgie’s Doggy Daycare reserves the right to refuse service to any dog based on behaviour, temperament, or health concerns.
5. Liability Waiver
While Georgie’s Doggy Daycare takes every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs, the Client understands and acknowledges that dogs are animals, and interactions can sometimes lead to injury.
The Client agrees that Georgie’s Doggy Daycare, its owners, staff, and affiliates will not be held liable for any injuries, trauma, damages, illnesses, or loss of earnings incurred by the Client as a result of visiting, enrolling, arriving, or leaving Georgie’s Doggy Daycare.
The Client assumes all risk associated with their dog’s participation in group play and daycare activities.
6. Emergency Medical Care
In the event of illness or injury, Georgie’s Doggy Daycare will attempt to contact the Client immediately.
If urgent medical attention is required and the Client cannot be reached, Georgie’s Doggy Daycare will take the dog to a licensed veterinarian.
The Client agrees to cover any veterinary costs incurred.
7. Payment and Cancellation Policies
Fees:
€30 per dog per day
€55 for two dogs from the same household per day
Payments must be made in advance or on the day of service.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a full-day charge.
No refunds will be provided for missed daycare days unless under exceptional circumstances.
8. Drop-off and Pick-up Times
Drop-off: Between 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM
Pick-up: Between 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Late pick-ups beyond the designated hours may incur additional charges.
Clients must inform the daycare in advance if they expect to be late.
9. Personal Items
While we strive to ensure the safety of personal belongings, Georgie’s Doggy Daycare is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items, including but not limited to collars, leashes, toys, or bedding.
10. Media Release
The Client grants permission for Georgie’s Doggy Daycare to take photos or videos of their dog while at the facility.
These images may be used for promotional purposes, including social media and website content.
If the Client does not consent, they must inform the daycare in writing.
11. Code of Conduct for Clients
Clients must treat staff and other pet owners with respect.
Any form of abusive behaviour will result in the termination of services.
Clients must comply with all daycare rules and requirements as updated from time to time.
12. Termination of Services
Georgie’s Doggy Daycare reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any Client at its sole discretion.
Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to:
Persistent late pick-ups
Non-payment of fees
Aggressive or unsafe behaviour from a dog
Breach of these Terms and Conditions
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
14. Amendments
Georgie’s Doggy Daycare reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
By enrolling a dog in Georgie’s Doggy Daycare, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
